Returns & Refunds
We are happy to refund or exchange incorrectly ordered products within 30 days of purchase, provided the boxes are unopened and undamaged. Please note that when placing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have entered the exact prescription, lens style and brand as prescribed by their optometrist. We do recommend that you take care in reviewing your order before submitting it.
All our contact lenses are factory sealed and genuine, shipped directly from Sydney distribution centre.
1. No refund or exchange can be provided for opened and/or damaged boxes, whether complete or partially used, including the individual packets contained within the 90 day boxes.
2. No refund or exchange can be given for contact lenses which you can’t use that are different brand from the prescription as prescribed by your optometrist.
3. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include “Return” in the subject line along with your name and reason for the return.
4. Returns are sent to: Sydney Contacts & Return address:Sydney Contacts PO Box, Castle hill NSW 1765.
Most returning packages take 5 – 10 business days to get to us. Within 5 business days of receiving & checking your returned item, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
PayPal users may see separate line items for the authorization, actual charge and refund. Please look for the refund line item before contacting us.
Please allow 5 – 15 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account. If it has been longer than 2 weeks, please email : email@example.com and we’ll sure to follow up your refund immediately.
Faulty contact lenses are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. All defective lenses will be sent to manufacturer for evaluation. Defective lenses are rare, we may be able to provide a credit or replacement product for confirmed defects.
